Where do you send?

AGUA DE FLORIDA.ES only makes shipments to the Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and countries of the European Union. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Delivery time?

The delivery time for shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, the Balearic Islands and Portugal is 24/48 hours on working days if the order is placed before 2:00 p.m. on a working day.

The delivery time for shipments to countries of the European Union is 3/6 days  depending  on the country.

The delivery period may be altered by a fortuitous incident or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond the control and management of AGUA DE FLORIDA.ES

The transport agency we work with will send you an email with the expected delivery date. All shipments will be made by the transport company DHL Y SEUR.

Holidays in the Community of Catalonia must be taken into account as a holiday in AGUA DE FLORIDA.ES as far as the delivery of the merchandise is concerned, since our logistics platform is centralized in Catalonia. We apologize for any inconvenience this problem may cause you.
